In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "677cx", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 677cx platform at https:// 677cx.net, which operates under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the 677cx website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications through which gaming and betting services are delivered.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 677cx Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 677cx Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means the PKR or equivalent funds held in a Player's Account that are available for wagering or withdrawal.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure, and withdrawal processing will be placed on hold until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Casino Games: All casino games on 677cx use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer streams sourced from licensed game providers. Any unauthorised use of 677cx intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 677cx, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical failures, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond 677cx's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information displayed on the Platform that contains typographical or pricing errors.
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications providers.

677cx's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your Account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 677cx's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may close your 677cx Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance. 677cx will process your closure request within five business days. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

677cx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Account holder found to be under 21 years of age.

Where an Account is closed by 677cx for cause, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the remaining balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within 14 business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 677cx's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be resolved in accordance with the following procedure:
